Frequently Asked Questions

1.   Q. How much weight can I expect to loose if I train with Fitness2GO?

      A. Everyone is different and genetics play a part here but most clients can expect to loose 1-3 pounds a week. However, it has not been uncommon for some clients to take off 3-5 pounds a week when they follow all the guidance given by their trainer.

2.   Q. What kind of equpment will we use in the workouts?

      A. Depending on your goals, fitness level, limitations, etc, we could be using kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, Swiss balls (aka, "exercise ball"), medicine balls, and the TRX Suspension System. Additionally we will be using  your own body weight to help you burn fat, get lean, and build muscle. I am also a big advocate of using your environmental surrounding to shake things up a bit.
