wife and I were approaching 40, extremely busy with our jobs and stressed out! We have a home gym, but never used the equipment

2010 Update: It’s been almost 3 years now training with Chris and Fitness2GO. While we have had great success with weight loss,
we have also become more intelligent with our food and drink choices. You can’t maintain a healthy weight without proper nutrition, and we have learned a lot along the way.
In 2009, I (Erik) had a surgery and was able to recover more rapidly, due in large part to the efforts put forth with Chris
each week. We are training to hike Mt. Whitney this year and Chris gives us inspiration and structured training sessions in
which to be prepared for the physical and mental challenges that will come from this challenging
adventure. Being in our early 40’s, it’s not always easy to keep the drive and self discipline each week for training, but Chris has a great attitude and makes
it worth the physical demands. We feel much better and know from the results that Fitness2GO is worth the time, money and

"Thanks to Chris Fales, I finished a marathon!! I have been running
on/off most of my life. I started running much more seriously the past 4 years with the goal of running a marathon.
I ran a number of 5Ks, 10Ks and a 1/2 marathon and always experienced pain in my knees when I pushed myself. For a while
I had to wear knee supports on both knees. I tried new shoes, taking long stretches of time off to heal and then very
slowly increasing mileage, I even saw a chiropractor and bought custom orthotics. All helped for the short term but
whenever I started increasing mileage to ~ 10 miles, the pain would return and I'd have to limit my mileage. I considered
a trainer but figured, 'this is running, I know how to run AND How could a trainer cure the pain when a Chiropractor
couldn't'. I thought I might have to switch sports when someone recommended Chris. I figured it was a long shot but also thought it might be my last chance to reach my goal of running a
marathon. I called Chris and we went out for a quick assessment. To my surprise, Chris found a number of fundamental
flaws with my running form. He seemed confident that he could correct my form and help me complete a marathon.
I was a bit skeptical but gave it a try. And I am very glad I did. Chris did an analysis of my running/medical
history and built a training program. As we started, my knees still hurt and Chris kept reassuring me that they would get
better. Again - I was skeptical that they would get better as I was actually increasing mileage. But they did.
I followed Chris' program religiously and the pain decreased and eventually went away completely, my mileage increased,
my pace improved and I felt much stronger and healthier as we progressed. And in the end, I achieved my goal and completed
the Rock n Roll Marathon. I actually ran the race with Chris as we both started in the same group. I managed to
stay with Chris for most of the race and then as I needed to slow down, Chris, showing his character, slowed down with me
and provided that extra motivation to keep going and we finished together. Not only is Chris an awesome trainer but
he is a GREAT guy. I truly believe I would not be able to say 'I ran a marathon' if it were not for Chris!!

“I used to dance every night of the week and workout every day of the week. Life was fantastic.
Then plantar fasciitis crippled me and kept me from doing what I loved to do. No more dancing. No more working out. I couldn’t
even work without severe pain. I gained weight! I cut back on calories but I continued to gain. I cut back to less than 800
calories a day. I kept gaining. I tried “Weight Watcher Diet,” “Atkins,” and “The South Beach”
diet. I counted grams of fat, carbs, and proteins but kept on gaining. I refused to socialize because I was embarrassed of
the weight I had gained. In desperation, I tried purging and even anorexia. That didn’t work. My plantar fasciitis eventually
resolved and I joined a health club and paid for a “personal trainer.” I learned more about the personal trainer’s
boyfriends than how to become healthy again. I gave up those personal trainers. Then Chris showed up in my life! I asked
him a lot of questions why I couldn’t loose weight. He gave me the answers that helped me. He taught me how to eat in
a way that I could loose weight and how to exercise in comfort of my own home. He came to my home and monitored me and answered
my food questions. I no longer needed to try and figure it out on my own. When business stress became overwhelming and I had
no energy to work out, he encourages me to keep at it. Now I have started to dance again. I now can get back into my
“dance jeans.” I can even wear “tank tops!” If Chris can turn me around, I know he can help you.”
