-Weight Loss
     For years I have trained hundreds of people who either needed to shed just a few of those stubborn pounds to those in need of loosing over 100lbs. With my guidance in exercise and nutrition, as well as a tidal wave of motivation, I have helped individuals obtain their goals of slimming down and becoming truly "skinny." 

-Muscle Building
     I have used proven methods time and again to help individuals looking to stack on a few more pounds of raw lean muscle achieve their fitness goal, even for “Hard Gainers.”

-Experienced
     Over the course of my 10 plus years as a Personal Trainer I have had the pleasure and opportunity to work with folks of all walks of life. I have experience with training individuals with MS, Heart Diseases, High Blood Pressure, Diabetics, Seniors, Post Rehab for surgeries, and so on.
     Additionally I have worked with everyone from beginers who have never even lifted a dumbbell to collegic athletes and everything in between. 

-Customized Fitness Program
     This is part of the "personal" in personal training. You are an individual and your body is different from others as may be your goals. We will shape a program to fit your needs/goals and take into consideration your lifestyle and physical limitations. It's about YOU!

-Nutritional Guidance
      Although I am not a dietitian you will receive basic nutritional guidance that will steer you in the right track and you will get that all important eating accountability.

-Measurements and Body Fat Readings
      From day one you'll have you body fat and other measurements taken and re-taken at regular intervals to track you progress towards your goals!

-Workouts in Home, Office, Park, Beach, or Lake
      One of the most often cited reason for not getting into shape is the inconvenience of going to a gym. No problem, I'll come to you you or meet you at one of the many beautiful outdoor sites in San Diego, your choice. 

-Endurance and Long Distance Running Training
     Working towards that goal of running your first Marathon, half, or 10K? Having run 5ks, 10ks, Half Marathons, Marathons and Ultra Marathons (30 miles and 50 miles) I can show you the necessary "steps" for getting to the finish line. Click on the "Running Coach" tab for more info.
